On the top of the screen, you can switch interface view to the “list view“.
Here you can see the all your reservation in a grid for the current month.
By marking this option, the table will only display properties with any task that is for today.
By clicking on “Clear” on the right, the filter will be canceled.
The reservations colors
There are 4 colors of reservations on the table:
• Dark gray – a reservation that the guests already checked-out from the property.
• Green – future reservations that the guest completed the pre check-in wizard
• Light gray – Future reservations.
Reservation with a question mark [?], identify reservation the guest hasn’t completed their pre check-in wizard.
The table displays all the rentals and the reservations and tasks linked to a rental.
By clicking on a reservation, a new pop-up will appear with the guest name on the top.
In the main screen, you will see the reservation status, and the pre-check-in details If filled by the guest.
On the menu on the right, you can open the full reservation details and access the reservations page.
You can send manually a pre-check-in email to the guest and view the number of emails sent to the guest.
Moreover, you can start to chat with the guest.
You can also release immediately the rental codes with the arrival email or SMS. To see how to do it click here.
By clicking on the right click on the mouse on a cell in the table, there is an option to add a new task or a new reservation for the selected rental on the selected date.
