Arranging rooms into price levels  

In order for Wishbox to know when to offer each room as an upgrade, you will need to sort your room types into price levels. The first price level being the cheapest level and the last level being the most expensive level. Guests will not be offered an upgrade to rooms in the same price level or lower. 

As you can see in the image, there is the possibility of having more than 1 room type at the same level, so if you have same prices for different kinds of rooms, you can put them together and guests will not be able to upgrade from rooms types that are in the same level.
